Meet Christine Golden

Hi! I’m Christine Golden. I’m a mom of three, a United States Air Force wife and an Enneagram 3. I love connecting companies to the people they can help and showing what marketing can really do when it is aligned with business strategy.

I spent the first 10 years of my career working for marketing agencies—leading strategy and service for clients from public health, retail and hospitality sectors to banking and finance. I left agency life for the world of corporate marketing—serving as the in-house marketing director for one of my former clients, a multi-office tax, accounting and financial planning firm.

It was there that I began to understand you cannot separate effective marketing from company culture or client service. The people you employ and the people you serve are your greatest assets for organic growth. So, my work evolved into elevating client experience, optimizing internal communications and developing high-performing teams.

Since then, I’ve helped build, scale and sell a business, led a 20+ person marketing department for a publicly traded company and circled back to being a business owner once again. I’m passionate about bringing a people-first approach to our workplaces, leadership teams and marketing campaigns because our work—and our lives—are better when we prioritize human connection.
